• there are no substitutions for the set menu, however, allergies may be accommodated with prior notice.

• groups of 8 or more are required to dine from the set menu

• full table participation is required for the set menu

• the menu is inspired by Greek and Cypriot flavours

• menu subject to change

• we do not split bills

• 1.5% surcharge on all card payments

• outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of ceremonial cakes. A $3.00 per person cakeage fee applies.

• use of decorations e.g. balloons, streamers, scatters or confetti are not permitted at Jaaks.

• cancellations within 48 hours of your booking or no shows incur a  cancellation fee of $50.00 per person.

• all bookings are limited to a 2 hour dining time.
